IDENTIFICATIONS INTRACORPORELLES ET CAPACITÉ DE SÉPARATION

RESUMÉ : Cette brève communication  résume à l’extrême les travaux de l’auteur déjà publiés ou en cours, concernant l’importance et la nature des identifications à l’œuvre dans la formation du Moi corporel. L’achèvement de celui-ci préconditionne en effet les capacités de séparation. Grâce à la confrontation permanente des données de l’observation des nourrissons dans leur famille (méthode Esther Bick) et de celles de la clinique psychanalytique de l’autisme et des psychoses précoces, de nouvelles précisions sont apportées concernant spécialement la constitution de l’enveloppe « peau » et la formation de son double feuillet, avec la place particulièrement fondamentale de l’intégration du contact-dos par le regard, de l’acquisition de la verticalité psychique, l’investissement de l’appareil de relation , articulation des membres notamment et des grandes articulations axiales, selon les clivages vertical et horizontal. Quelques représentations concrètes de cette genèse, données par les patients, sont évoquées : manœuvres auto-érotiques, plis, pliures, séquences de pensée concrète récapitulatives. Ces travaux s’entrecroisent en de nombreux points avec les hypothèses freudiennes et les travaux notamment de R. Spitz, M. Klein, E. Bick, W. Bion, F. Tustin, D. Meltzer, J. Grotstein, D. Anzieu, D. Houzel, R. Soulayrol, Cl. Athanassiou. ABSTRACT : This short presentation summarizes in the extreme the author’s works, already published or under way, regarding the importance and the nature of the identifications involved in the formation of the body Ego. In fact, the completion of the body Ego is the prerequisite to the abilities to separation. Owing to the permanent collation of the data gathered during the infant observations within their families to those of psychoanalytical treatment of autism and early psychosis, the author presents new insights regarding especially the constitution of the skin (« peau-enveloppe », literally « envelope skin ») and the formation of its double ply (with the particularly major role of the integration of the back-contact by the gaz), acquisition of psychic verticaly, the involvement of the « relationship tools » (noticeably the articulation of the limbs), and of the great axis articulations (according to the vertical and horizontal splitting). The author mentions some concrete representations of this genesiswhich are provided by the patients (self erotic « manoeuvring », foldpleats, sequences of summing-up concrete thought). Many points of these works meet with Freudian hypothesis, as well as, particulary, with the works of R. Spitz, M. Klein, E. Bick, W. Bion, F. Tustin, D. Meltzer, J. Grostein, D. Anzieu, D. Houzel, R. Soulayrol, Cl. Athanassiou.
