LA MÈRE ET LE BÉBÉ DANS LES DEUX MOITIÉS DU CORPS

| RESUMÉ :A partir de la confrontation de données cliniques tirées de la psychothérapie psychanalytique d’enfants autistes et d’observations directes du nourrisson entre l’âge de quatre et dix mois, est mis en évidence un niveau d’intégration et d’intériorisation identificatoire très corporelle de la relation mère-bébé dans les deux moitiés du corps du bébé, l’une étant assimilée aux fonctions maternelles ou parentale, l’autre au rôle du bébé. Cela se voit chez le bébé principalement dans les jeux de mains, l’auto-tenue, l’auto-préhension, puis l’utilisation plus symbolique de la main-maman et de la main-bébé, la pathologie venant confirmer la non intégration ou la désintégration de ce niveau dans le fantasme très particulier du clivage vertical de l’image du corps. Ce phénomène pourrait être une des modalités importantes de l’intériorisation des liens primitifs (Bion). La question est alors ouverte sur l’origine profonde de certaines difficultés de latéralisation.
ABSTRACT:
Mother and baby in the two halves of the body. By relating clinical data of psychoanalytical therapy of autistic children with data of observations of infants aged 4 to 10 months, the author underlines a very physical, bodily level of integration and (identifying) internalization of the mother-baby relationship, in both halves of the child’s body, one being assigned to the mother and parental functions, the other to the baby’s role. This integration is essentially observed, in the infant, by hand-play, self-holding, self-prehension, then in the more symbolical use of the mumlike-hand and the babylike-hand, with pathology confirming the non-integration (or disintegration) of this level, in the very peculiar phantasm of a vertical split of the body image. This phenomenon could be one of the most important modalities of the internalization of the primitive links (Bion). The issue is then raised as to the in-depth origin of certain difficulties of lateralization. |
