ÉMERGENCES DE PENSÉE CHEZ DES ENFANTS GRANDS DÉFICIENTS INTELLECTUELS AVEC SURCHARGE PSYCHIATRIQUE

RESUMÉ : La pensée primitive, issue de la sensorialité, est indissociable de la genèse de l’image du corps (moi corporel), de la construction de l’espace et des premières manipulations des objets investis par la projection des premières représentations de l’image du corps, qui semblent constituer une géométrie de formes abstraites assurant les sécurités de la contenance et des grandes articulations axiales verticales et horizontales avant d’être la possibilité d’une figure reconnaissable de soi et de l’autre dans l’image spéculaire. Les auteurs soulignent à quel point, à ces niveaux de développement, le pulsionnel, l’émotionnel primitif de nature encore très sensorielle, et l’identificatoire sont entremêlés, nécessitant un repérage par l’observation des continuum entre le moment relationnel, l’autoérotisme, et l’investissement exploratoire du monde externe. Des illustrations sont données à partir de matériaux de psychothérapies individuelles et groupales d’enfants gravement déficitaires, autistes et psychotiques, soulignant l’intérêt de combiner une approche psychodynamique aux approches éducatives,  même dans la déficience profonde. ABSTRACT : Emergences of thought in severely mentally impaired children with psychiatric overload. Primitive thought, stemming from the sensory channels, cannot be dissociated from the genesis of the body image (body Ego), from the construction of space and from the first manipulations of objects invested with the projection of the first representations of the body image. These representations seem to constitute a geometry of abstract shapes ensuring the safety of the containment and of the great vertical and horizontal axial articulations, before giving the child the ability to recognize an image of oneself and the other one into the mirror image. The authors emphasize how much, at these levels of development, drives, primitive emotions hat are still very sensorial, and identifications, are intertwined, requiring insights obtained by the observation of the continua between the relational moment, autoeroticism, and exploratory investment of the external world. Illustrations are provided coming from the materials of individual or group psychotherapies of seriously deficient autistic or psychotic children; the authors thus stress the interest of combining a psychodynamic treatment with educational interventions, even in deep deficiency.
